I absolutely loved this senior shoot with Tyra! She is completely photogenic and so easy to photograph. I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorite images. This is also the first time I photographed at this location and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots! Our Arizona desert is so gorgeous! And of course I had to grab a few shots of her and her mom at the end :).

And then after the session, her boyfriend surprised her by showing up to the first spot we were shooting and asking her to prom!  Tyra’s boyfriend and dad were secretly setting up at the first location we were shooting, while I was shooting Tyra at a different location (and stalling a little bit) just down the road a little.  After we were done, I jumped in their car so they could “drive me back to the location to get to my car” (read: go back to where her boyfriend set everything up) and there was Tyra’s boyfriend waiting to ask her to prom!  It was SO dark by this time that it was hard to photograph, but here’s a grainy, slightly blurry pic of them after he asked and she said yes!  How fun!
