So this next business that I’m featuring, I just LOVE!!! This is how I plan to loose all my baby weight, once my son is born
Sitan Gym in Chandler is amazing! It is a Muay Thai & Tae Kwon Do gym. Muay Thai is such an awesome workout- if you stick with it consistently, the pounds will just melt off. Not to mention, you learn and perfect Muay Thai technique. One of my goals, sometime in my life, would be to compete in Muay Thai, yes to fight!! And I know with Thiago as my trainer, there’s no doubt I would win :). So this interview is with Thiago, the owner of the gym. He’s a super cool dude that you will love (or love to hate if you’re in the ring with him haha- he doesn’t go easy on you- that’s what I love).
1. What is it that you do?
I teach Tae Kwon Do (WTF, or Olympic Style) and Muay Thai
2. How did you get into opening your own business?
I have been teaching since I was 13 years old. So you can say it’s just my life’s work.
3. How can people take advantage of your services?
Just give us a call at (480) 275 7820 to schedule for a FREE CLASS then go from there.
4. Besides Muay Thai, what is your favorite thing to do?
I like to road bike. I used to race in the youth divisions, and I’m a musician. I play the piano mainly but I have some experience with the saxophone, clarinet, violin and some guitar.
5. Tell us 5 things about you that have nothing to do with your business!
I used to study in Julliard pre-college for musical composition.
I worked backstage for the MTV music awards as an assistant to the head sound engineer.
I lived in New York City most of my life.
I have child on the way in June.

I second that! I lost all my baby weight before my son was 6 months old and was able to compete for Sitan (FTW)! I’m a workout junkie and Sitan Gym is the BEST workout I have ever done! Thiago can get anyone into the best shape of their life, they just have to be willing to shut up and work harder than they ever imagined.
Wow! 6 months? That’s it? Good for you!
