ROLE OVERVIEW
The City Success Coordinator (CSC) is an operations-driven assistant who supports shoot logistics, member communication, and city execution. CSCs help ensure each shoot day runs smoothly, members feel supported, and everything behind the scenes stays organized and on schedule.
While this role includes administrative and coordination responsibilities, it also requires solid people skills and the ability to represent FemForce with confidence when interacting with members, photographers, and partners.

SCOPE OF WORK
CSC support their city by:
  • Scheduling and managing city-specific photoshoots
  • Coordinating logistics for each location (access, setup, timing, reminders)
  • Serving as the main point of contact for members, photographers, and vendors
  • Communicating clearly and professionally via email, text, and calls
  • Attending shoot days to help guide flow and member experience
  • Checking in with members to make sure they feel supported and informed
  • Tracking key tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assisting with city-specific social content and engagement
  • Confidently answering basic questions about memberships and next steps
  • Collaborating with the Regional team to help retain and grow your city
This role is NOT focused on content creation or editing. It is about coordination, communication, and execution.

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who:
  • Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in person and online
  • Is comfortable engaging with people and answering questions
  • Can confidently support membership conversations when appropriate
  • Enjoys coordinating logistics and multitasking across responsibilities
  • Works well independently and follows systems exactly
  • Loves fast-paced environments and adapting on the go
  • Wants to help their city grow and members feel supported
This role is not a sales role, but CSCs should be comfortable speaking with members about FemForce, encouraging membership sign ups, and helping clients understand their next steps.
